Newsflash, Anon -- the studio doesn't even need to try to attract talent. If you work in animation, there's a good chance that your DREAM is to work at Disney. And you'd have to be some kind of huge contrarian to not think that year after year they manage to be the studio that produces the best, if not one of the best, animated movies as a result. Of course they'll be the one to win most often. Hell, even one of the most contentious wins was a controversy between movies from two Disney properties.
That being said, I would still put money on Disney not winning this year. Spiderman and Isle of Dogs both have too much going for both of them over Disney's two sequels.
