On the one hand, Lasseter put on the nicest, family-man public appearance.
But on the other hand, the employees at WDAS are so buddy-buddy and close that whatever Lasseter was doing was probably over the line.
It just makes me sad because while he may not have always had the best visions, he was highly influential and seemed like a good enough guy to stay out of this trouble. I know the reports could’ve been blown way out of proportion, maybe ever fabricated, but there had to be some inside or good enough reason for Disney to let him go.
