There's more to Entrapa than just prehensile hair. Either it's magic hair, in which case normal physics don't apply to it or she's a mutant in which case her physiology has altered to accommodate the strain caused by her hair. Or she just used SCIENCE to re-enforce her neck with cybernetics.
