2. Who knows. I'm thinking it has a good chance of being better than S4 (both clips they've shown so far were surprisingly decent, compared to how the first S3 clips we got wee the shitty Silver Bell dance and a pointless drawn-out conversation with Lavabo, which turned out to be pretty representative of the overall quality of the season). But "better than S3" isn't saying much and by now I feel that the show's become so different that I'm not gonna like where it ends up even if the last season's objectively decent writing-wise.
3. Who knows. I'd like to believe Nefcy isn't a hack and it's more the individual boarders who are fucking up shit left and right (Sabrina Cotugno is the only one who's consistently good and I can imagine that if she had been given certain episodes they could have ended up better), but considering she plotted out the season and signed off on a bunch of little details in all those eps as showrunner/exec producer, it's not lookin good.
BUT Nefcy isn't and has never been a bitch, or at least not publicly, and comes off as a cool person who's enthusiastic about her show and chill with fans, so she's still good in my book even though god I hate S3.
