>>104840518I really liked it for the most part, binged it with a friend, but I found gene to be an insufferable little shit (he did have some funny lines though, "I can see every electron!" got me real hard), also Rhodey was pretty inconsistent at times, he would sometime give advice and then contradict that advice in the very next episode. He was written as too reactionary to Tony's attitude per episode rather than have a personality that consistently fit as a "voice of reason" for Tony, even though he failed at that. Also the baiting they did with Piper and Gene irked me, same with the constant cockteasing of Piper and Tony's relationship.

I liked it, and I liked that Stane, while definitely an ethically questionable man, wasn't a complete monster and had limits and people he cared about, at least until he went insane. It was kind of nice to see how Tony would just blow the fuck up a times, getting ready to utterly wreck anyone in his path.
