Why is CN so shit?

Why the fuck is Cartoon Network's scheduling for new episodes so shit? I never know when a new episode of a show is coming out because it's hardly ever consistent. Either executives don't know what they're doing or they're actively trying to kill their shows.
"Bomb" format does not work. They should stop trying to copy Netflix because it doesn't when trying to build longevity of a show.
Weekly releases of new episodes is always better because it propagates discussion for the show until the next episode drops the next week. This would never work with bomb format because discussion isn't drawn out. People talk about the show and cease to do so until the next batch of episodes air two months later.
Imagine if Adventure Time or Gravity Falls, arguably the most discussed cartoons as they were airing at the time, dumped five episodes every other month. The shows wouldn't be as big because no one would talk about them. Steven Universe used to be the biggest cartoon for a while, until scheduling because obscenely inconsistent and hard to follow, and people lost insterest. Now imagine if Summer Camp Island got the same treatment as any cartoon with a normal scheduling. Instead of them dropping the entire first half of the first season in the span of two days, they could have had consistent weekly scheduling and ten or twenty whole weeks of new content. But instead of that we get a show that aired for two days, reran for a week, and then ultimately forgotten and never talked about again.
is Cartoon Network deliberately trying to kill their programming?
