Hibiki all day. Her ability to counter special defenses is really sweet, her moveset is fast, and I like the detail where the BGM changes whenever you activate her super and you can see the model's mouth moving like she is singing it. She's good without being cheap.

See, the tank meta got a lot better with Ultimate, now that his recovery frames got boosted. Went from 24 to 10. 10!!! His up tilt still doesn't hit behind, but nobody used that anyway. Ratigan's meta was always about the down+B, down smash.
