>>104620049That's why you go super advanced, "emulate or even improve on" the human form style body. Like Ghost in the Shell.
Even civilian models can readily be very pretty and be essentially indistinguishable from a purely organic person, and have the sensory inputs to experience all the vain pleasures of the flesh. (Well, full on cyborgs, at least some of them, have to eat special Cyborg food, I guess. Maybe that's cheaper models?)
You would probably get into a "Ship of Theseus" situation at some point because your brain would still constantly be degrading, so to avoid going senile/dying of Alzheimers because your brain fucking falls apart from age and cell division it would have to be gradually replaced with components even more advanced than your fancy robot body.
In any event you could realistically look like anything you wanted. It's not unheard of at all in Ghost in the Shell for people to have bodies that don't match their original gender at all. I think the Major even caught some jokes about whether she was even a woman in the first place for instance, and of course, about why she doesn't just upgrade to a fucking jacked male model body.
(She doesn't because she likes being pretty, her full cyborg body is actually really fucking strong anyways, and she doesn't necessarily NEED to be a slab of cyber muscle. Her real strength is her skills in general, in both cyber and conventional warfare.)
