I don't understand. If the Beyonders were so excited to see "death", why didn't they just destroyed everything at once? Why they chose such a roundabout, stupid way? Actually it took years possibly decades for Doom to cause that effect by killing his way through the multiverse with regards to the molecule man and even with that he had the help of the Black Swans.

That was, quite literally, their whole plan. They weren't the ones that did the incursions. Doom did. The Beyonders wanted to see what would happen when the entire multiverse was destroyed at once, so they put a Molecule Man in every universe. Each Molecule Man was set to explode at the same time, taking their respective universes with them.

Doom, in his genius, went "they can't destroy every universe at once, if I destroy every universe one at a time." So Doom instigated the incursions so every universe but one would be destroyed before the molecule man bombs would go off.

They tried to stop Doom/Rabum Alal, but weren't able to. Their one weakness was that they were linear. They couldn't time travel or pop around timelines. They could only go forward from their perspective. Doom abused this via time travel. The Beyonders created the Mapmakers to ride the incursions to figure out who Rabum Alal was, but they never succeeded.

The Beyonders were also kinda pre-occupied fighting the cosmic abstracts and celestials, since their own plan wouldn't work unless they were out of the way.

but the idea of the beyonder being one of a race of omnipotent being goes back to 80s Grunewald marvel. later writers also ran with the idea of them being superpowered evolved cosmic cubs.
