There's a clear difference between media for children and media for adult men. I mean sure, adult men CAN enjoy something for little girls, but of course it's going to be different. There will still be comic girls with big tits because that's what lot of comic artists enjoy drawing.
Though I wouldn't be too sad if the ugly, fake looking and generic porn star tits disappeared from comics and got more natural. By natural I don't mean smaller but just less plastic looking. Anime seems to be better at this and there's more variety in boobs, both in shape and size.
