It isn't the epic burns or the terrific improvisational roleplays that make this the place it is.
It's the little things. Sitting down together and sharing a story. Talking and laughing about it after it's done.
Doesn't matter if no one said anything witty or insightful at the end of it all. Doesn't matter if it's not worth screen-capping. What matters was the moment we shared. What matters is we were able to bond together, as a community, over a piece of pirated media.
That's what makes this place special. It isn't reddit, with everything being a darwinian popularity contest to climb to the top. Or tumblr, where everybody's jerking each other off. Or facebook, where you have to watch what you say. It's just us, being together, living in the moment, and making the most of it.
