>>104316117>She framed herself
She pretended that a Rose Quartz murdered her and as a result got them all locked away because of it.>but she was right about them leaving the earth alone.
Except when they didn't leave it alone>The explanation was clear
It was not, she did not tell Bismuth or anyone else why she was imprisoned.>It wasn't rose who did that.
Then why is she in Rose's Possession and wanted to return to Homeworld?>She didn't run away
She chose to play pretend revolutionary instead of assert she was right>PINK DID NOT DO THAT
We'll need further confirmation on if she actually interacted with the Zoo then.>And she didn't check out of her responsibilities
She did, she's dumb to think they'd just wipe the earth and leave it alone.>It's not stupid
It is, she has made lots of dumb choices already, not a stretch to think she'd make this one too>THEY COLLECTED THE SHATTERED GEMS TOO
The amount of shattered gems in the temple is tiny compared to the cluster. She should've done basic math.>she did bring up to gem potential they never knew about themselves.
Not a refutation>You are basically blaming her for not succeeding enough, as if she was in control of that.
She may not have been in control, but she was what all the people of her revolution entrusted to carry them into success.>that's not how you judge a person, anon.
I judge her on the basis that she lead many gems to death and suffering on a cause they didn't get to enjoy, or see come to fruition. She should have stood up against the other diamonds properly, and rejected them as Pink Diamond. After all, look at The Diamonds now, they don't yet even seem to care about Earth once Steven spent a whole five minutes telling them not to kill it. People can have good intentions and still be a massive fuck up, and while I'm not saying Pink is an evil person by any means, she has still done far more bad things than good, and is not a sympathetic character.
