>>104270864Graviton and Madame Masque have both had live-action appearances. Graviton was also the main villain of the first arc of Avengers: EMH which is the most popular Marvel cartoon in recent years, and even appeared in that one Marvel Punisher anime. Graviton has also had plenty of appearances, both recently and classically, in a variety of books. A major arc of the best run of Thunderbolts, along with many Avengers appearances throughout the years, and more recently was pretty important to that whole "AIM Island" thing going on in the Avengers-related books throughout the NOW-era and Spencer used him a good bit in his books.
Madame Masque was used to hell and back in the 00s and 10s by Bendis, was the main villain of Kate's last book which this is just a continuation of, and one of Iron Man's only non-"dude in a knock-off iron man suit" villains and gets a decent amount of appearances in Iron Man books as a result.
Satana was likewise used a lot in the 00s and 10s, again in Thunderbolts, along with multiple appearances in recent Dr. Strange ongoings, and in that recent Ghost Rider mini, plus numerous video game appearances.
All 3 are solid b-list villains that anyone at all familiar with Marvel beyond a very casual level should at least know a little bit about if only in passing. If you consider them obscure then I can only assume that your Marvel knowledge begins and ends at movie-only MCU villains.
