First off, you're forgetting the giant aspect of Cartman hating Kyle. Second, the fact that Cartman has had crushes before (Patty Nelson, Wendy Testeburger initially, and Heidi Turner in season 20.) Literally none of these reflect his dynamic with Kyle apart from Wendy- yet even then this isn't the case as back when he did, he was unusually nice to her.
Lastly, Cartman does in fact love a human being- and that human being is himself.
he does love his mother to a degree though TL;DR hateful obsession isn't comparable to love
