The ones that are won't receive as much attention or praise and they'll internalize it. The more they themselves are praised for their looks the more they'll pursue it.
B) they'll be ugly, be uncomfortable with the thought of being judged purely on looks, and get depressed. Even if they're average or above average they'll still feel like they can't make it as a woman as people flock to the top tier ones that know makeup and styling tips better. Eventually they'll develop a personality disorder and eventually get so mentally ill they go ftm and give up on measuring up to a normal standard they don't realize exists or go totally crazy.
Couldn't give less of a shit either way. It's been happening with most of the nerdy girls I grew up with now that they're entering their 20s. Huge sluts with eating disorders, ftm with mental illness, or just mentally ill and hating themselves.
