>>104018648>I saw it as a common sense issue.Oh aren't you a special little snowflake capable of knowing imperative truth a priori? Those of us that live in reality don't believe in "common sense" because there's no such thing. Want to see something fun?
https://www.nasa.gov/topics/earth/features/japanquake/earth20110314.htmlSee this? This shit affects the axial tilt and rotation of the Earth. It's one fucking rogue variable in the climate change equation. Climate "scientists" scream about carbon emissions from dawn until dusk, but the alarmist fucks have been saying the sky is going to fall because of greenhouse gases for 20 years.
Just like the South Park episode said: It's a goddamn political issue and nothing else. If you acknowledge climate change then, according to democrats, somehow you are automatically on board with regulating the hell out of anything with carbon emissions. (Read: Everything that uses power)
Not a goddamn thing will be done about climate change on the Federal level in the United States. If we tax our own businesses for carbon emissions they move to China, or India, or even Vietnam for better profit margins. If they move we lose jobs and our economy takes a big shit.
You want to stop climate change? Declare war on China and blow up all their factories. Unless you're willing to do that you're not going to fix anything. But let me tell you a secret: The Climate changes by itself and Ice Ages happen with or without human interference.
