>>103983997After the criminally underrated El Tigre (didn't see The Book of Life, so I'm not giving an opinion on that.), I'm intrigued to see how Jorge does with new work and less restrictions on him - but it doesn't sound like too much freedom, knowing whom the core audience is. Still, after El Tigre, I'd like to see this guy create something with a proper ending to it and have it be awesome. Best of luck.
>>103984016This premise isn't giving me much promise to work with here... Then again, the only things I really liked from Craig were the first 4 (although 1 to 3 were absolute best) seasons of PPG and WoY (which seems to be criminally underrated around this craphole of a site.). It's gonna be a rough road for me. Not comparing this to other examples, as long as the development of the MC is incredibly strong, there is hope to make this work, IMHO.
>>103984006>>103984033I can take or leave the films, as those usually turn out good, although I'm confident out of both of these, My Father's Dragon (due to exactly whom's attached to it) will be the better option of these 2. Those Cloudy movies were pretty mediocre (especially the second one!), so there's only so much hope to hold out for Willoughbys, unless it has a stellar writing staff putting in the time to make this work - again, IMHO.
