Goyer was on all three of the Nolan's movies, and both Goyer and Nolan wrote MoS when Goyer was facing a writer's block during the writing of TDKR. So both are responsible for MoS story, mostly Goyer, though. Also, Nolan was the one who hand-picked Snyder to direct MoS.
Goyer was also going to write BvS, since Nolan didn't want anything to do with tying MoS Superman with any version of Batman, but after WB had brought Affleck in, Affleck told WB to fire Goyer, since he wasn't happy with the script, and to hire his screen-writer Terio, who worked with him in the Argo movie. So after that BvS pretty much became Affleck's vehicle.
