Feeling wise, sure. I don't blame anyone for wanting to do what she wanted to do. Practice wise, it's not a good or possible idea. You can't kill/get rid of everyone you don't like, especially people in positions of authority. What happened when the diamonds finally attacked? The gems tried to attack them and were flattened. It is a good lesson for Kids to learn; you can't punch all your problems away, it just isn't possible. Tolerating others might be the best you get, and in the best case scenario you might be able to change their minds. That's life.
Also as I stated, Bismuth wanted to shatter all homeworld/invading gems, not just the diamonds. If the crystal gems went by this philosophy instead of bubbling their enemies, Peridot would have been shattered before she had a chance to redeem herself and they wouldn't have her as a friend like they do now. What makes this fucking hilarious is Peridot is Lily Orchard's favorite character.
