He would give a slightly altered version of that "Get over yourself" speech from Annihilation to Tony when Tony is about to disband the Avengers at the end of the movie. Telling him to stop worrying about petty insignificant drama and focus on doing good. He refuses, but the end of the movie is Black Panther opening a letter with the avengers A and smiling.
Post credits is a "super funny scene" where the other Avengers talk about how much better of a leader Panther is going to be.
I got really distracted, and that sounds annoying enough to be in a Marvel movie. But the point stands. Rider is a better fit for this role than Marvel is.
