I mean, that's kind of it, but the biggest issue is that Trump is a pretty fuckin shitty president, but he's still able to garner support when literally anyone else would have been removed from office.
Trump is good at sweeping shit under the rug and telling his base what they want to hear. And if his presidency continues the way it has been, then in ten, twenty, thirty years, once all remnants of his presidency are fading, we're going to look at the human rights violations, the constant scandals, his business dealings, his economic policies and their fallout (protip, historically tax cuts for the wealthy have always resulted in greatening income disparity and recession), and we're going to go through every single lie and half truth, of which there are many. And it won't be favorable. The same historians that fanboy Reagan and even do apologies for Nixon will treat Trump like Warren G. Harding.
And people are going nuts because they want this to happen NOW! But it won't, because Trump is too good for the Republican Party for them to ever cast a single vote against him, and he's too good at keeping everything moving so nothing sticks.
