Franklin Richards is omnipotent, but adult Franklin is even more omnipotent. The omnipotence of the holder of the Infinite Ganthlet is greater than adult Franklin's omnipotence, but lower than the omnipotence of the Beyonders. Beoynder's omnipotence, though, is lower than the omnipotence of the holder of the Heart of the Universe, and the only being more omnipotent than that is Th One Above All. There's also Molecular Man, but his omnipotence is a bit low. The same can be said about the Cosmic Cube. Omnipotent, but not much.
