But anyway, check her stuff from Reed as Ms Marvel, then get her KSD era and the Butters & Fazekas book, which is drawn by Anka. If you don't dig that style (when she started sporting short hair) then skip to her Life of Captain Marvel book written by Stohl, it pretty much overlooks her own run as Mighty Captain Marvel so you'll be fine there if you don't want to catch up.
If you are into more classic material, check her stuff as Ms Marvel written by Claremont and Conway, and then realize she really hasn't changed personalities, that in fact KSD and Conway's runs are similar in this regard and that the outlier is indeed Reed's run, despite being more popular for reasons.
