>>102030619probably around 04-05, i saw someone else browsing /r/ and there was a thread where Colledge Girls was being posted and i hurried over to try and find the rest of the comic.
there was no rest of the comic, and there never, ever will be :(I was pretty active through the late 2000s, but once you got into the 2010s things started slipping. moderation got even worse than it had been before. dipshit mods and janitors would delete threads and posts that broke no board rules, just because they didnt approve of the posters opinions or the threads 'tone'. If someone was posting porn in a thread, theyd nuke the WHOLE THREAD instead of just the offending posts. Unaccountable moderation is a terrible idea, and made 4chan at large a much less enjoyable place to be. Combine that with when misogynist and white supremacist groups started flooding the site, and it just wasnt the same kind of quality community it used to be. I wasnt coming here that much anymore. Nowadays i use 4chan mostly for porn, but every once in awhile i stop by /co/, and its still possible to have quality threads here
When i see something like
>>102027113, it reminds me of the good old days. I see these tripfags that i havent heard of or thought about in a decade, and theyre almost all college aged, and some of them are legit cute and i probably would have hit on them if we were in school together, and its like, i dont know....where are they now? Did things work out for them? Did they get to do what they wanted to do, or are they like so many others, struggling to find our place in the world? We made friends here, but because of the anonymous nature of the site, as soon as you lose touch with 4chan, you lost touch with those people. Do they remember this place, and the community we used to have at all? Or is this place just a distant memory for them? The worlds changed so much, and we've changed too.
Anyway, id post a meme image of toph and venom dating but i cant find it
