The problem with that thing is that the artist doens't really know were to go with their style, if realistic or cartoony. Also, it makes characters ugly for not goddam reason,
Brook looks good because in a sense, he's not supposed to be an attractive character, but Nami and Robin are supposed to be really beautiful. I mean, there's multiple not-attractive women characters in one piece, you could drew that.
Also, it's an anatomical mess. Zoro looks like the true rubber man with that arm.
