I genuinely and unironically want to discuss the PLOT and LORE and SETTING of Totally Spies
I am currently watching the series, and can't quite figure out why season 6 of the series is a thing. If you don't remember, in the finale of season 5, Jerry manages to invent a counter-treatment to the Evil Gene and apply it globally, solving all crime and allowing the spies to retire. Hovewer, season 6 doesn't reference that in any way.
At first I thought it would be a prequel to the series, since Totally Spies: The Movie was a prequel, but no, it most definitely takes place in the malibu university with all the tech established over the course of seasons 3 through 5.
What's up with that? Dose the entire season take place sometime in the middle of season 5? It couldn't take place before that, because Spies only graduated and went to uni in S5.
