Depends on what you're looking for. As serious films, these are middling, with only the second feeling worthy of the description. As adaptations of Batman, they all absolutely suck balls, so deathly terrified of the source material they barely touch it. As overall entertainment, they're pretty mediocre, especially the last one, where the action scenes are so badly shot, edited, and choreographed they make me cringe.
On the other hand, you have DCEU, which fails equally hard in the serious movie department, does a much better job of depicting the source material (though still pretty muddled in ways), and are way more entertaining. Even if you don't like the movies, they're entertaining as riff fodder. I personally prefer the new style of film, it's different than Marvel, and it's not shying away from silly comic book shit.
