Considering what happened; probably not. You'd have to pay somebody the hours spent to model, render and compose that single shark. Chances are the production team aren't sharing assets with the marketing team.

Because they dont work together. The production team and marketing team can just as well be on opposite sides of the US.
The marketing team can send in a request for assets, but it wont always come to fruition. If anything it would be faster and easier just to buy stock image.
