On one hand the pewdiepie logo on Hitler suggests it's a tongue in cheek piece of meme art. on the other hand the artist apparently cared enough about it to draw chara in a more anime style, and even included eye highlights showing the reflection of the sun. it also didn't make any mention of "Drumpf" or "Libtards" (An meme popular with a number of "ironic" cringe memes) but still has reference to the Pewdiepie Nazi scandal. Meaning it's:
a) A completely serious piece made by a chris-chan level autist
b) Just a piece of meme art
c) A user who is making something ironic but accidentally let on a bit too much about what they are really into
