So what is going down at POINT Prep and who is behind it and why?

Personally I'm thinking the real Foxtail and Greyman must have been replaced by villains and they are working on some really long term plan

Also does Enid just not work at Gar's anymore? Is this just until the end this POINT Prep arc or have we moved past that part of the original status quo?
