Hitler can never win the war. The USSR was too massive. Even taking Moscow, Leningrad, and Stalingrad, and catching and killing Stalin and the Politburo, Germany lacked the resources to hold European Russia or advance out of it to stop Zhukov's troops. Likewise, there's no version of Operation Sea Lion that can take Britain out of the war permanently. Not declaring war on the US first might keep them in the Pacific with little or no assistance to Britain and the USSR, but it means Japan falls in about two years, then they're hungry again. Germany's best possible outcome is stalemate in Europe in those two years. That leaves two enemies running a Cold War on either side and a potential enemy in charge of both Americas and Asia. At some point, the vice closes and Germany still gets crushed.
/co/ in this scenario: Tom and Jerry last into the 70s, Hanna and Barbera never found their own studio, without them or an anime influence everything looks like Jay Ward. We still get Charles M. Schultz, so we still get the comic strips you recognize today. Ironically, one show heavily influenced by those is Loud House, so that's there and looks much the same.
