Nice art, kinda reminds me of Ellis Moon Knight. NIck Derrington's Batman looks more like a strange figure with a certain mystique than "I AM THE NIGHT" elevated to the point of eleven, some kind of unbeatable demigod or simply a sadboy. But then again, I suppose almost all comic book characters have devolved to a caricature of what they once were.
