I'm not really the guy to talk to for this kind of stuff, but I'll tell you this.
It isn't so much accepting that how you feel at the moment, but knowing that feeling can change at any moment.
I felt that everyday was passing and I wasn't feeling motivated at all, until I tried to evaluating everyday as bad, meh, or good. Not a healthy habit, but it worked for me. It put things in perspective, if I genuinely felt the day was good, I felt good. I don't really know how to explain this.
We sort of all just forge our own path in different ways.
