Its very simple, if you stop watching bad cartoons they will stop making bad cartoons
if the cartoon is anime inspired dont watch it
after season 3 give it a rest
if its a reboot of a classic, watch the classic
we want to watch good stories with action, not a thousand page long fan fiction
people its up to you, if the cartoon stinks turn the tv off

Not watching is not enough. You need to NOT buy any merchandise of any kind as well. Since cartoons are for brats, most parents don't have the nerve to black list cartoons from their brats. That and they don't care about how animation influences their brats. So it's a lost cause the people who are serious about animation in any way are always the minority.

Oh man I can't wait until robots render human athletes obsolete and CGI gets good enough to replace live people so actors no longer exists as a job and I cannot wait until voice acting is 100% automated so that we don't get anymore pieces of shit like Tara Strong or the Simpsons VAs ever existing again.

It's just as bad as "hurr durr vote with ur wallets if u don't like microtransactions in vidya".
I never watched a single episode of TTG or nuBen 10, but here they are, still existing and still pumping tons of revenue for Cartoon Network.

Nothing will change if we watch it or not because, after all, we're a minority. Nothing we do will impact the overall result. We can ignite some conflict, but all conflicts die out and the process moves on.
The only real way we can combat the obsession of cost-cutting in corporate America is to destroy the foundations of corporations, and we'd have to build a bunch of independent studios on-top of the rubble. They will have to be entirely owned by their workers (animators, writers, etc.), each worker being a part of the collective force to enjoy the entire fruit of their labor and their passions.

In order to beat the system, you have to break it. You cannot reform it with pacifist reformism since the higher-ups in control will do anything they can to stay in power. This is the only solution to this dilemma.

It's like the outcry when the new Jumanji got announced something like days after Robin Williams offed himself, a lot of people were just finding the whole thing distasteful more than anything. Granted, the new Jumanji wasn't trying to pull a "girl power!" shtick like the Ghostbusters reboot. Of course, there is apparently an all-dude version coming out if I'm not mistaken, though one has to wonder if that'll just feel like "here, it's four guys, you ungrateful pricks!" given all the crap that happened.

That's bullshit. Let me tell how you it really works:
Networks earn revenue from ads.
Companies pay networks to air their ads.
Channels also earn revenue from subscriptions.
Tons of channels that nobody watches are bundled into satellite packages.
People watching something has no impact on how much a show "earns" because there is no mechanism by which money goes through TVs to network headquarters.
Some shows earn revenue for a network through merchandise sales.
However, if the merchandise is shit, the show is shit, or the network moves a show to a time where no one will no one will watch it (meaning no one will know anything about it and be less likely to buy merchandise), then the show will fail to make money for the network.
Even if a merchandise-driven show could theoretically make bank or earn beaucoup ratings, some networks found it easier to mass-produce shows that cost less to make than companies have to pay to air ads.
Thus, nobody has to actually watch these shows in order for the network to profit off of them.
As long as companies pay for adspace, it is impossible for networks to not profit from such shows.
