Fox sold the rights to F4, Galactus, Surfer and Doom to Disney. We're getting F4 at the tail end of Phase 4 and Galactus is expected to be the big bad in a future Avengers after a GotG setup.

I still say at the end of the universe the one that would be the last standing is Ultron. His code is everywhere in the universe and can merge/overwrite anything. All he really needs to do is merge with Kang and he's won all time.

Comcast will just sell the characters to Disney anyway if they get them. The fan backlash would be astronomical if they snatched them and tried to use them after denying them to the MCU.

Comcast is scrambling to acquire property because it doesn't look like AT&T-Warner is getting blocked by the Justice Department. Disney can easily outbid them if Fox actually considers opposing a media empire that can indoctrinate children against their future directions.

I'll admit I have no idea how much who is willing to put on the table how, but I would assume Disney would be more willing to invest more in entertainment IPs. Comcast has greater revenue but has to earmark more of what they make to maintain systems. A Disney movie doesn't require constant upkeep after it's made.
