That the benefits of no fap are overblown or non-existent compared to actual self-improvement, with the only real benefits being seen if someone was a chronic masturbator before to the point of detriment to their everyday life. Not jacking off every day to the point of damaging your health won't give you super powers, it's kind of the bare minimum.
