between ronins, bounty hunters, guards, ninjas, demon-swordsmen, yokai, hired goons, assassins, ninjas, zombies, kirishitans, samurais, peasants, ninjas, grandmas, happy endings and mendicants (not to mention ninjas), we have a total of:
>confirmed and implied direct usagi kills: 832
>confirmed and implied overall deaths: 2.782
>usagi accounts for 29.90% of the death toll
please note that these numbers reflect mostly what we see on screen; there is a lot more death occurring in those big battles scenes that we don't see, for example.
now let's put this into perspective: with a span of 247 issues, Usagi meddles the life out of someone 3,3 times per issue!
usagi killed over 13 times more than his real-life inspiration, myiamoto musashi!
According to wikipedia, japan had, in the first half of the 1600's, at least some 15,000,000 people, which means usagi killed over 0.005% of the population!
I have no source for this, but I'm pretty sure that number could consist a few whole small villages!
