It's not what you do, it's why you do it that matters in this case. If you enjoy the story or writing that's fine, but if you only want loud noises, cute designs and flashing colors, you should expand your interest.

But I also watch live action shows and movies when I watch something.
In your case though, two hours every day is excessive. Trim that down to one hour and exercise, read, draw, learn an instrument/language or somehow improve yourself for the other hour. And when you do watch something, don't be passive, actively think about if you liked it, why, what you would have changed, where you might go with it if you were in charge of writing. Develop taste and opinions, don't mindlessly consume.
