I don't and would never buy floppies. They are both a waste of money and space. Even digital I still have other things to spend my money on, and if these 'piracy' sources didn't offer them up easy and free, comics would become even less relevant to me and my daily life, and thus in the long run I wouldn't even notice you super awesome trade even released.
If you choose to make piracy the boogie man you are literally cutting off your nose to spite your face. Storytimes here are basically free advertising and exposure for us to see which comics are decent amongst the sea of feces called the comics industry today.
