That whole scene in the
backyard was nice, one last time with them before you become engulfed in their fucked up adulthoods >>109458608>>109458828Candy Jake had some of the most rewarding development in the epilogues. Towards the end I was reading both routes simultaneously, and seeing him finally man up, address how he fucked up, resolve to do better, and truly find hope again was great. Putting this bright moment in among all the bleak and hopeless storylines made it feel like he was casting a hope field on the story.
