What I'm hoping for personally is as the plot progresses, and Eddie realizes he has found a worthy opponent, he becomes increasingly overconfident and theatrical. By the end it will be his undoing, Bruce exploiting his desire for attention, saying that no one will know that The Riddler was Edward Nashton, and he'll never get the credit he has desperately wanted all these years. As a result, he'll expose himself, which will unravel everything. The conclusion? What good is a riddle everyone knows the answer to?
