>>105880176First of all, Super Broly is a completely different beast from OG Broly, second of all it might be mostly screaming but DBZ screaming is different from most other VA screaming roles and usually takes a lot of practice and experience to do it justice without it sounding like shit.
Vic, love him or hate him, was actually really fucking good at it, as the new movie showed. NuBroly had maybe four spoken lines of dialogue in the entire film, but you got a real sense of his anguish and pain from his battle screams. I don't know if that's Vic being talented at what he does, Chris being an amazing voice director or a combination of both but I really hope they can find someone else who can put the same level of emotion Vic did into the character.
