A person who has possibly already skipped anatomy entirely and learned it from some other guy. This will only lead to shitty creation and complete disconnection from real life which looks like ass.
You shouldn't just come up with an imaginary concept of how bird flies.
You should look at an actual bird and learn how it flaps it's wings and then put that into your work. If you need to stylize it then do that, but don't learn the wing movement from some already stylized work. This is something way too many people do nowadays. They skip the fundamentals and try to learn them from already stylized work.
That sequence right there in the OP looks like the result of learning from anime fight sequences , instead of giving any thought of how real life physics work and how you should implement them into the work.
