So long as things get done, just pick something that can made well and get it done. We'll have to scrimp and save while focusing the money on the art being done as best as we can. Sorta like what Ralph Bakshi did.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WApcUBcVMos
Except we don't need to be political about it, but we gotta tingle the people's brain some. Maybe with some very surface level philosophy and plenty of lewdness. Something people can quote and easily consume.
We'll make people think its a flagship. After a season or two we'll start introducing some animated shorts with some of the artists at the head of the short. Either due to the style of art or the specific genre they want to showcase. The shorts can be stand alones or as mini pilots for future series.
This will allow our artists the ability to craft works that allow them the most amount of freedom. As we accumulate more funds from our 'flagship' or borderline porn we can start turning those artist shorts into full fledged shows. In which we'd be training and allowing those artists to become their own art directors.
I would project that there is a possibility of some artists branching off and creating their own studios. Which isn't a bad thing, and we should be supportive of their creative endeavours.
