The whole "we only have a limited supply of pym particles" thing was silly when they could have just used the time machine to get an endless amount of particles from the past. Then when everything's "unsnapped" they simply make more and replace the shit they borrowed, similar to their plan to take and return the stones.
Also I see no real reason why every single character present needed to go back in time to help grab a stone. Clearly someone like Iron Man could have made multiple trips over relying on Rocket. It's not like the group's on a time limit.
Additionally you'd think they'd really only need to grab the time stone from the past and then simply reverse Thanos' actions of atomizing the stones after the snap, similar to what Thanos did with it at the end of Infinity War.
Of course, the unsatisfying response to all of these is "well, then the movie wouldn't have happened/this character wouldn't have been as relevant/etc." Time travel movies are usually the ultimate "just turn your brain off" experience, and it's disappointing that's the note the MCU decided to end a decade of build up on.
