Giants, Golems, Trolls, Teenage Dream demons, talking ravens that can channel lighting, etc. The whole elves signing contracts so you can see them stuck out to me as well. Human rulers have probably signed multiple contracts with the leaders of some monster clans so that humans can see them.
This shit is reminding me of Shin Megami Tensei with contract talk.
