I dunno, Personally I interacted with women in 30-50 age range more often than younger ones. I liked how capable and reliable they are, at least from my experience. I could usually count on them to get things done (except some minor tech stuff, that's black magic for majority of them) and they were more pleasant to be with than their male or younger counterparts. Their ramblings about family were pretty tiresome and them asking me to show them how to add a contact on their smartphone made my blood boil sometimes, but at least I've got the best info on discounts in the area, which seller on marketplace sold the worst veggies and how to clean most shit without leaving a spot.
Most of my time working with 20-something years old women felt like being a tard wrangler or Benson who has to keep an eye on his co-workers from fucking things up.
