>At best, Sony is going to spend years dropping subtle nods at Spiderman in Carnage or whatever before trying to do a soft reboot which may or may not succeed.
>Disney is too invested in Tom Holland Spiderman to simply right him off as a loss so they will probably spend the next few years trying to work some sort of way to phase him out which may or may not succeed.
>What is going to happen is the property is going to be stuck in limbo for the foreseeable future with neither side willing to make a move on it.
