She takes pleasure is lording over people, hurts others for little to no reason, only does something if people know she is he one who did it, openly bullies anyone and no one stops her. And despite being this horrible being tumblr fucking loved her to the point where the author shoe-horned her into more shit that she shouldn't have been in.
Another example, to a lesser extent, is Jasper from SU. Literally wants to kill the good guys and will do anything to make it happen, but people still want her to be redeemed.
