I don't really think so, Dextra got popular because of that one Fan Comic anyone has it?, not because of any canon GB episode (at least not in the show).

And Jimmy Neutron was super popular, had a theatrical movie, ran for 3 seasons, aired various various specials and crossovers and had spin off show.
